CycleLoft and Co Comment on the “Transition” at NEV

I sort of thought that this was more a PR sheet than an explanation, but perhaps you will read it and disagree. If you take the time to follow the link, I encourage you to leave a comment. I did.

More On The Velodrome

Here’s Tony Eberhardt’s statement about the New England Velodrome dustup.

Tony Eberhardt Looses the Velodrome which Brings RMM Out of Hibernation

I’ve been busy. I barely have time to train, let alone blog about bicycling and training. Furthermore, I have made a little resolution to stay out of dramas for a while. But recent events at the New England Velodrome tempt me out of my hibernation and cause me to comment on an unfolding drama. As most of you know, the NEV has been lovingly developed by Tony Eberhardt over the last 5 seasons.

Pedal Power Photography Wants You to Come to a Party!!

This Thursday my lovely lovely is having a party, an opening, an event and a reason to get off the trainer. Since I have a big mouth, I have been kept in the dark about details, but the known factors are: 1. The best in New England (read: "world") cyclocross photography will be on display2. Friends as far-flung as Tennessee (isn’t that where you are now Zach?) planned on traveling to Cambridge to participate. Normally, positive

Check out this promotional video for The Ice Weasels Cometh. It is somewhat funny. But most importantly, it does a great job of making fun of me and my team. Bravo.

Tour of the Battenkill—More Thoughts on the Fee Increase.

My post last week about Tour of the Battenkill’s fee increase stirred up a hornet’s net of opinions and counter arguments. Overall, the debate that took place was good and at times productive. Dieter explained that he will use your increased registration fee to make T shirts and rent timing chips. Neither of these additions will improve our experience during the race. While I am skeptical
